Fusion People is a dynamic building and design consultancy based in the North of England. We offer a comprehensive range of services to clients across various sectors, including property development, construction, and engineering.
We are seeking an experienced **Building Surveyor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with significant post-degree experience working as a Building Surveyor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver building surveying services, including building pathology, design, surveys, and contract administration.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to improve their business.
**Requirements:**
- Hold an RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree.
- Member of RICS or ideally working towards full membership via the APC pathway.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk, AutoCAD, and NBS Software.
**Employee Benefits:**
- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays – option to purchase up to 10 additional days per year.
