In this role, you will conduct assessments of potential foster carers, develop foster carers in meeting children's needs, and deliver high-quality foster care in line with the National Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards. You will work collaboratively with foster carers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure that children receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct assessments of potential foster carers.
  2. Develop foster carers in meeting children's needs.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in delivering high-quality foster care.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,745 - £42,909 per annum (depending on location), relocation package (dependent upon eligibility), and flexible working hours to accommodate personal circumstances.
