Job Description

The GIS Technician will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and developing GIS applications to support operational policing, emergency services, and crime prevention initiatives.

  3. Providing expert advice on geospatial analysis and mapping techniques to inform decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as geography, computer science, or environmental science.
  • Proficiency in GIS software packages such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
