Job Title: Counter Fraud Policy Specialist

Location: Bromley – Hybrid

We're looking for a skilled Counter Fraud Policy Specialist to join our Counter Fraud Department. You will be reporting into our Counter Fraud Team Leader. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional Counter Fraud benefits by fearlessly detecting and investigating insurance fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively detect and prevent fraud, minimising the impact on genuine customers.
  2. Demonstrate that all cases adhere to legislation and risk regulations set internally and by external governing bodies.
  3. Conduct cognitive investigation interviews, assessing behaviour and fraud types, ensuring informed decisions are made.
  4. Use knowledge and available tools to refer linked cases or any suspicions of organised or targeted fraud identified in day-to-day handling.
  5. Demonstrate effective use of available data to prioritise workload and drive personal performance.

  1. A salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
