Job Overview

This role leads all aspects of the recruitment process and HR administration at North Bridge House Schools. The successful candidate will oversee annual training, ensure compliance, and manage SCR-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new post requests, leaver/replacement requests, and change of employment forms
  • Collaborate with recruiting managers to secure approval from Head Office
  • Manage the safer recruitment process and verify candidate documentation
  • Organise interviews, issue employment contracts, and maintain the Single Central Register
  • Analyse absence reports and ensure IR35 assessments for contractors

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-level listening and analytical skills
  • Qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources (desirable)
  • Ability to understand and work with legislation and regulatory frameworks
