At Hydrock now Stantec, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support from fee proposal stage through to project completion for various projects and clients.

We have an amazing opportunity for a dedicated professional in our Bristol office on a part-time basis across 3 days (20 hours a week with flexible hours but to include a Wednesday). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including updating forecasts, billing schedules, WIP and other balances in our ERP system. You will also be the liaison point between other teams within Hydrock and external organizations, dealing with queried debtors and resolving credit control issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality of information. They will also possess strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A dynamic and positive approach to work is essential, as well as comfort working under pressure and multi-tasking.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 25 days of holiday, and opportunities for career growth and development.
