Chief Concierge Role:
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming team member to provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable first impression and ensuring our guests are well looked after from the moment they step foot into the hotel.
This role involves going above and beyond for our guests, exceeding their expectations and providing a high level of service.
About Oscars Group:Oscars Group is a leading privately-owned hospitality group founded in 1986. We have expanded into 46 assets across NSW, Queensland, and Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the concierge and portering team
- Develop policies and procedures for rostering and training
- Provide exceptional customer service
This role requires working morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements:- Customer service experience
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
