Join Our Team as a Multi Skilled Joiner

Fawkes and Reece are seeking an experienced and hardworking Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Social Housing Contractor, offering great benefits and security of work for their employees.

The successful candidate will be working on a long-term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out reactive maintenance to tenanted properties
  • Working on planned and void work projects
  • Providing excellent customer service and working closely with residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade
  • A CSCS Card
