About the Role

Your new company is a well-established social housing contractor operating in the West Lancs area. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be working on various social housing properties, carrying out multi-skilled joinery work. You will be responsible for attending maintenance work, using a company van and a PDA tablet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of multi-skilled joinery work on social housing properties
  • Work from a company van and use a PDA tablet to attend maintenance work
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements
  • NVQ in Joinery or other relevant trade
  • Previous joinery experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Multi-skilled in plastering, plumbing, painting, and tiling
  • Full UK Driving License
