Job Title: Multi Skilled Joiner

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Social Housing Contractor, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive maintenance work to tenanted properties, including repairs and replacements.
  • Work on planned and void projects, including refurbishments and new builds.
  • Collaborate with residents and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
