About the Role

Your new company is a well-established social housing contractor operating in the West Lancs area. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be working on various social housing properties, carrying out multi-skilled joinery work. You will be equipped with a company van and a PDA tablet to attend to all maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of multi-skilled joinery work on social housing properties.
  • Work from a company van and use a PDA tablet to attend to maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • NVQ in Joinery or other relevant trade.
  • Previous joinery experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Multi-skilled in plastering, plumbing, painting, and tiling.
  • Full UK Driving License.
