Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Asset Management Team at CHP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a full project management and commissioning service from design to completion for all major works construction and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Delivery: Commission, plan, and deliver construction and maintenance projects of major works as required to CHP's assets across building safety and asset management.
- Risk Management: Accountable for managing project risks that may impact the project meeting its objectives.
- Project Leadership: Accountable for leading project delivery, from mobilisation to closure.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the regulatory and compliance requirements of works projects are met.
- Experience: The jobholder must demonstrate experience of delivering asset transformation projects from inception to completion in a formal project management environment.
- Project Delivery: Experience of delivering housing maintenance and construction projects to time, budget, and quality.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Innovation and problem-solving to ensure that opportunities to deliver are maximised whenever possible.
- Planning and Organisation: Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Tenacity and Determination: Tenacity and determination to major housing projects, overcoming constraints and always driving delivery.
