Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at CBSbutler, a global leader in specialised components and subsystems for innovative solutions in medical, science, aerospace, defence and industrial applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing staff to deliver projects on time, to cost and quality. They will ensure that effective Project Management techniques are consistently applied and demonstrate adherence to project management processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing projects through all or part of the lifecycle from bid to production, with an emphasis on production. They will have a good understanding of risk management and how this is used to manage a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, to cost and quality.
- Ensuring effective Project Management techniques are consistently applied.
- Forge strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Detailed scheduling of projects in Microsoft Project.
- Agreeing Phase Gate Reviews for Projects.
- Identification of project risk, issues and dependencies.
- Interfacing with the Finance Team to establish and monitor budget.
Requirements:
Experience of managing projects through all or part of the lifecycle.Demonstrable experience of energising teams to meet critical timescales.Good understanding of risk management.About CBSbutler:
