Project Manager

Teledyne UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing staff to deliver projects on time, to cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the finance team to establish and monitor project budgets and costs.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on production and customer-facing projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project and MS Project Server.
- Qualification in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
