Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, including status updates, issues, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to establish and monitor project budgets and costs.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on production and customer delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and avoid scope creep.
  • Good understanding of risk management and its application to project delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project and MS Project Server.
  • Desirable: qualification in project management methodologies and working knowledge of SAP.
