**Job Title:** Executive Assistant
We are seeking a proactive, discreet PA with senior-level support experience to manage the Executive Office at Dovetail and Slate Ltd in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills to liaise with staff and stakeholders, handle a varied workload, and contribute to key projects for the Senior Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing SLT diaries, scheduling routine meetings, and coordinating events with other departments.
- Handling inquiries from internal and external sources, often without needing to refer to SLT.
- Preparing for meetings, including drafting agendas, minute-taking, and distributing necessary documentation.
About the Role
This is an onsite role requiring 37 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience.
As part of our recruitment process, we require applicants to have previous experience in a PA role supporting a senior executive, high level of IT proficiency, and proven diary management skills.
