School Office Administrator Job Summary:
Pertemps Dudley requires an experienced School Administrator to work at the main school and student reception. The role involves managing the reception areas, handling phone calls, and supporting administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the main school and student reception areas effectively.
  2. Respond to enquiries, handle communications, and support staff and students.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks, including record management and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in school administration (Preferred).
  2. Knowledge of Go4Schools or SIMS (Preferred but not Essential).
  3. Proficiency in general office software and technology.

The successful candidate must have a calm and composed demeanour under pressure.

Working Arrangements:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

£12.45 per hour
