Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our successful telecoms client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales lead generation and outbound B2B telesales of telecoms or IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new sales opportunities and set sales appointments for field sales colleagues to attend
* Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and preferences
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales process
What We Offer:
* Competitive starting salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience
* Excellent commission structure in place
* Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
