The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality social care services to adults experiencing mental ill-health, focusing on recovery-focused care and support that prioritizes choice, control, and independence.

Key responsibilities include undertaking comprehensive assessments and reviews, offering direct support to service users and their carers, and ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.

We welcome applications from qualified Social Workers with post-qualification experience, who possess strong knowledge of legislation and statutory guidance, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary: £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience.
