Job Overview
This exciting opportunity involves supporting adults with Mild to Moderate mental health needs in accessing primary care provision with their employment challenges. You will work closely with clients on a one-to-one basis in community locations, helping with job retention, liaison with employers, and assisting people in finding and keeping paid or voluntary work.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify and overcome barriers to employment
- Liaise with employers to facilitate job opportunities
- Assist clients in finding and maintaining paid or voluntary work
- Collaborate with mental health workers, partners, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum A-Level standard (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Awareness and/or experience of working with people who have experienced mental health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to demonstrate a proactive and highly motivated attitude
- Own transport for traveling throughout Hertfordshire

- A competitive salary of £24,678 per annum + (£1,040 London Weighting) based on a 37.5-hour week
