Working as an Apprentice Employment Advisor with the NHS, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals accessing primary care provision with their employment challenges. This includes collaborating with the IAPT Service and DWP to provide comprehensive assistance.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with clients on a one-to-one basis in community locations, helping them with job retention, liaison with employers, or finding and keeping paid or voluntary work.

You will be part of a wider team that works alongside mental health workers, partners, and other agencies to deliver effective employment support services.

Requirements
  • A minimum 'A' Level Standard (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is required for this position.
  • You should have awareness of and/or experience working with people who have experienced mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and highly motivated attitude.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,678 per annum, plus a £1,040 London Weighting. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including:
