Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to lead the team at Lambourn Grove, a continuing care unit for individuals with complex needs and dementia. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for running the unit, taking charge, delegating tasks, and prioritizing duties. Your role will also involve teaching students, supervising them, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. A salary of approximately £40,000-£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflects the importance of this role in supporting our staff and patients.
