About this role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Trusted Tech Team, a leading Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by utilizing your strong negotiation and influencing skills to convert leads into loyal customers.

As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, leveraging your excellent telephone manner and proposal writing skills to build strong relationships and drive sales.

You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working towards quarterly targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to make deals and seize opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong focus on acquiring new business and generating leads, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  1. Utilize outbound sales experience to proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  2. Drive the growth of our business by employing strong negotiation and influencing skills to convert leads into loyal customers.
  3. Build strong relationships with a diverse clientele, leveraging excellent telephone manner and proposal writing skills.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working towards quarterly targets.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain a technically minded approach.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, utilizing various channels such as phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
  2. A strong focus on acquiring new business and generating leads.
  3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
  4. Experience in B2B or B2C solution selling, understanding the complexities of selling to businesses.
  5. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to make deals and seize opportunities.
  6. Strategic planning abilities and a focus on working towards quarterly targets.
  7. Thrive in a collaborative team environment, bringing energy and enthusiasm to drive success.
  8. Outstanding listening and communication skills to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value of our solutions.
