About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Children and Families team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to children and families in Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead in promoting and supporting quality control and improvement activities within the team and across the service.
  • Provide supervision and management oversight for the practice and development of Trainee Social Workers on placement and NQSW within the team.
  • Work with complex and challenging cases, taking a relational approach to working with families and focusing on what needs to change in the system around a child and family to enable children to thrive.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,441 - £48,474 per annum, subject to experience.
  • Annual retention payment of £2,000 and welcome payment of £4,000.
