We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Children and Families Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver services of the highest quality.
- Develop and implement team plans in line with Children's Services strategic objectives.
- Provide management oversight on all cases, ensuring statutory duties and best practice are followed.
- Contribute to the development of the quality assurance framework and provide quality assurance through observations and reflective supervision.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure effective support and protection for vulnerable children and young people.
- Social Work England registration.
- A recognised qualification in Social Work.
- Completed ASYE year (if qualified after 2012).
- A full driving licence and willingness to drive.
- DBS clearance.
