Children and Families Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Children and Families team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable children and their families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in managing teams and leading complex cases. You will be responsible for developing and implementing team plans, providing management oversight, and ensuring that statutory duties and best practice are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable children and their families
- Develop and implement team plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Provide management oversight and support to team members
- Ensure that statutory duties and best practice are followed
- Contribute to the development of the quality assurance framework
