Process Improvement Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and be able to drive change across our Customer Service and Service Engineers teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
