The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth. As a Senior PPC Manager at MRS Digital, you'll work closely with our Head of PPC and other senior team members to develop and implement effective paid search strategies that drive real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid search campaigns across a range of clients and platforms
  • Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and optimize keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics
  • Work with the Senior Paid Media Manager to plan and strategize paid media campaigns
  • Conduct keyword, feed, and placement optimization using data-led decision making and testing techniques
  • Monitor tracking activity for all accounts and ensure accurate reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in running paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency environment
  • Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including the ability to set up and review conversion events
  • Ability to optimize accounts in line with various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

What We Offer:

MRS Digital offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, determined by demonstrable experience. We're a dynamic and fast-growing agency with a passion for delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team.
