Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts, delivering proactive and solution-focused support to drive results.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure clients are maximizing their account potential and achieving the best outcomes.
- Liaise with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Utilize data insights to provide personalized feedback on market trends and account performance.
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to enhance client skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and retention.
- Host regular performance reviews and conduct on-site training sessions as needed.
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong presentation skills and experience working with clients remotely or in-person.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and ability to navigate multiple systems with ease.
