Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at FJN Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inheriting and looking after a portfolio of key and complex clients, working closely with the MD to secure new business.
You will take ownership of existing clients through handover, relationship building, and engagement, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new leads, client visits, identification of needs, negotiation and presentation to insurers, and presentation of recommendations and cover to the client.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be confident in carrying out face-to-face meetings and manual market presentations, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be self-driven and motivated, with a full UK driving license.
The successful candidate will be offered a negotiable salary and remuneration package based on experience, with bonus and commission on top. You will be encouraged and supported with continual personal and professional development, and will have access to fun company events and exclusive VIP client events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inheriting and looking after a portfolio of key and complex clients
- Working closely with the MD to secure new business
- Take ownership of existing clients through handover, relationship building, and engagement
- Prospecting new leads, client visits, identification of needs, negotiation and presentation to insurers
- Presentation of recommendations and cover to the client
- Delegate work to and supervise an Account Handler
- Attend industry and networking events
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Insurance Products
- Passionate and positive with a can-do attitude
- Confident carrying out face-to-face meetings and manual market presentations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Full UK Driving license
