Financial Reporting and Governance Manager

A leading global business based in Colnbrook is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting and Governance Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring all corporate finance policies, IFRS standards, and internal controls frameworks to minimize business risk. This will involve reviewing and updating controls and processes, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and other accounting standards and policies.

  • Monitor corporate finance policies, IFRS standards, and internal control frameworks
  • Manage company balance sheet reviews
  • Support external audits and reviews
  • Review business-critical reconciliations in revenues, collections, duty, and taxes
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Review and update controls
  • Manage balance sheet
  • Supervise Reconciliation Controllers
  • Review Payroll reconciliations
  • Perform compliance reviews
  • Prepare annual financial statements
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant, ideally ACA - minimum 3 years PQE
  • Audit experience
  • Industry work experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of complex systems
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Experience with audit firms
  • Strong stakeholder experience
