Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our dynamic online travel brand. As a key member of our cross-functional web site in-house product team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design for B2C digital platforms, particularly in the travel and luxury goods sectors. You will be responsible for creating customer journeys, improving usability, and designing responsive UX for eCommerce concepts.

We are looking for a talented designer who can work effectively in an agile environment, running design workshops, retrospectives, and iterative design processes. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, user testing, and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering user-centered design solutions for our web site and mobile applications
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure coherent and brand-aligned design and user experience
  • Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Working with the product team to prioritize and deliver design solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
