Senior UX Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and evolution of a dynamic online hospitality brand. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the online user experience for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an expert in digital ecommerce, B2C UX to help us deliver exceptional online experiences that meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and the market. You will work closely with a cross-functional web site Product team to iteratively evolve and improve the UX of our responsive websites as we scale up our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing customer journeys and improving usability
  • Developing responsive UX for ecommerce concepts like product search, displaying product information, online payments, and checkout journeys
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a coherent and brand-aligned web site design and user experience
Requirements
  • Expertise in UX design for ecommerce, luxury brands, and luxury customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of digital ecommerce and B2C UX principles
  • Excellent communication and design skills
