Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of accuracy with billing and payments.
  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager to maintain high occupancy levels and ensure efficient room allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, providing recommendations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Lead and motivate the reception team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel operations, ensuring the reception team is informed and motivated to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment, ideally with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Catalan and additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
