Key Responsibilities:

As a Reception Supervisor at AccorHotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will involve managing the front desk, handling guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring that all bills are accurate and free of surprises.

Team Collaboration:

You will work closely with our teams to ensure that we are always busy and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to inspire our receptionists to create a memorable and effortless experience for our guests.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a positive impact on the people they interact with, and are not precious about their egos. Previous hotel experience, ideally with team leadership, is highly valued. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, with Catalan and additional languages being highly valuable. Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
