M-Sport UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee and run our Quality Control Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the quality of bespoke incoming and outgoing components, ensuring production standards are met and maintained on a variety of high-performance projects, while managing a small team within the department.

The Quality Control Manager will plan and organise all components both arriving and departing the department, ensuring each item has met the standards. They will also conduct full inspections of a wide range of technical components, from both internal and external suppliers, to ensure they meet our specific requirements and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide feedback to department heads in respect of quality assurance outcomes.
