Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on products and devices
  • Verify compliance with product specifications and batch codes
  • Test products and sign off on product specifications
  • Communicate with suppliers across the UK and Europe
  • Put items into quarantine for inspection and investigation
  • Liaise with warehouse and customer service staff
  • Record and update product specification forms
  • Complete hygiene audits
  • Utilise Microsoft Office / 365 to manipulate data using Excel spreadsheets
  • Conform to the company's health and safety and quality assurance policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of compliance, audits, and quality control
  • Experience working in medical, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, or nursing
  • Interest in chemistry and/or medicine
  • Conscientious, hardworking, and willing to learn

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £23K - £25K
  • 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm
  • 8% Company Pension from day 1
  • Quarterly sickness benefit
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Free car parking
