About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Cambridge as a Support Worker. The successful candidate will work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings, with opportunities for enhanced pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality support to vulnerable individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This will involve working closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £24,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer enhanced evening and weekend pay rates, premium overtime pay, and access to Wagestream for flexible pay management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively within a team environment.
