About the Role

Are you a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a passionate Coordinator to lead our Before and After School Care program in Linton.

This permanent part-time position offers a great work-life balance, with 18 hours of work per week throughout the year. You will be responsible for managing a team of Educators, developing engaging programs, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community.

About the Service

Our service is based in Linton and has an excellent relationship with the local school. As a Coordinator, you will continue to build on this rapport, using your strong communication and behavior management skills to create a positive and supportive environment.

You will have access to a communal classroom space and autonomy to design engaging activities for the children. In some cases, you may need to work solo, so confidence and self-motivation are essential.

  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and support.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance and administration tasks are completed efficiently.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a $500 commencement bonus after the first month and a $500 loyalty bonus at 12 months. You will also receive a split shift allowance, uniform allowance, and other benefits.

In addition, we provide opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and mentorship programs.

Requirements
  • Australian work rights and a willingness to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills with families and school stakeholders.
  • Behavior management skills and experience in leading a team.
  • Diploma qualification or willingness to undertake a traineeship with us.

As a Coordinator with OSHClub, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
