Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver conversion activities to convert applicants and offer holders into enrolled students
  • Execute conversion activities with applicants and review the effectiveness of all activities against agreed KPIs
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure the delivery of conversion activities

Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of delivering good customer experience and meeting the needs of a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience working in a diverse operation, preferably in higher education environment
