#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Digital Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a digital content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
* Create high-quality, engaging content for our website and social media platforms
* Lead the marketing team in the execution of digital campaigns
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to guide future content strategies
* Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

#### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven work experience as a Content Manager
* Hands-on experience with MS Office and WordPress
* Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
* Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage a team effectively
