Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital content strategy to engage audiences and promote the organisation's mission.
  • Create high-quality, informative content for the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Lead the marketing team in the execution of digital campaigns to increase web traffic and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to guide future content strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in the organisation's messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and audience preferences to inform content decisions.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as copyright and data protection.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager or in a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and WordPress.
  • Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

What We Offer

A full-time and permanent role with a competitive salary of £28,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 3% employer pension contribution, and other excellent benefits.
