Digital Content Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital content strategy that effectively communicates our organisation's mission and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a digital content strategy that aligns with our organisation's goals and objectives
* Create engaging and informative content for our website and social media platforms
* Lead the marketing team in the execution of digital campaigns
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to guide future content strategies
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in our organisation's messaging
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and audience preferences
* Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**

* An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven work experience as a Content Manager
* Hands-on experience with MS Office and WordPress
* Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
* Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage a team effectively
