Catch 22 is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to support the upkeep and running of their academy in Bradford.
The ideal candidate will have relevant hands-on experience in building maintenance and be responsible for completing estates PPMs, ensuring H&S compliance, reporting, and providing general administrative support for the facilities department.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning, development, and organization of systems, initiatives, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct office building inspections and manage facilities projects.
- Carry out routine risk assessments, procedures, and compliance checks to ensure Health and Safety at work provisions are properly adhered to.
- Take accountability for team performance, managing daily work plans, and actively participating in performance management conversations.
- Provide support with general maintenance issues, such as portering, grounds upkeep, replacing carpet and ceiling tiles, fitting whiteboards, and changing lamps.
- Conduct regular building checks to ensure buildings are clean, safe, and secure.
- Support out-of-hours emergencies.
- Able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in building maintenance and facilities management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
