Role Overview

The University of Bradford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conversion Officer to join our Dubai Regional Hub Recruitment Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering activities to convert applicants and offer holders into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute conversion activities with applicants and review the effectiveness of all activities against agreed KPIs.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience and meet the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
  • Work in a diverse operation, preferably in a higher education environment, covering markets in Turkey, Oman, Egypt, and Pakistan.

Requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of delivering good customer experience and meeting the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a diverse operation, preferably in a higher education environment.
