Job Description

As a Part Time Senior HR Advisor, you will work closely alongside a team of HRBPs and report to a Senior HRBP. This is a busy and generalist position, with a focus on employee relations casework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide range of employee relations issues and providing guidance to team members.
  • Collaborating with senior management to identify HR issues and propose solutions.
  • Guiding and advising stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitoring HR metrics and reporting on performance.

You will be confident in dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters.

This role offers a competitive package, including a car allowance and bonus.

Occasional travel is required based on business needs.
