We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team at a special school in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a class of 7 students with complex special needs and disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex needs and a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons. They will also be able to plan their own lessons, work collaboratively with the teaching assistant team, and provide ongoing support to students.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and participate in staff meetings and training sessions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and carers.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive induction and training programs, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive working environment.
