Complex Needs Care Worker

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own set of challenges and goals. Your role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to empathize with clients and their families.
