At Active Care Group, we provide complex care services to adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs, allowing them to live independently in their own homes.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our client's home in Upton Snodsbury. This role involves supporting a female client with a spinal cord injury in her daily life, including personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Support our client with daily living tasks
- Manage medication and medical equipment
- Assist with personal care and mobility
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:

- Full Driver's License and own vehicle
