Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, providing individualized care and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to students as needed, adhering to their individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of SEN principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
